配送ポリシー

We ship worldwide from the United States.

Rates

United States and Canada: standard shipping is free.

Everywhere else: rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Processing

Most items in this store are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, and your order ships once production is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email automatically when it leaves the facility.

Orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. This is normal and you will not be charged extra for it.

Address accuracy

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, including the shipping address. Please confirm your address is correct before completing checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel after it ships, and we cannot replace an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

International customers

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your order total and we cannot calculate, prepay, or waive them. Delivery timelines for international orders also depend on your local customs processing, which is outside our control.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating, or your order arrives damaged, email info@lilbruhgwop.com with your order number and a photo if there is damage. We will make it right.
