Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free to the United States and Canada. Everywhere else is calculated at checkout based on where it's going, and we ship worldwide.

When will my order ship?

Most pieces are made to order, which means they get printed and finished after you buy them rather than sitting in a warehouse. That keeps the catalog deep and keeps drops from selling out in an hour. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves the facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country charges. Those are set by your government, not by us, and we have no way to pay or waive them.

Orders and returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. Once an order is placed it goes straight into production and we cannot modify or cancel it. Please double check your size and your shipping address before you hit buy.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because almost everything is made to order for you specifically, we can't resell returned pieces.

What if my order shows up damaged or wrong?

That's different, and we'll make it right. Inspect your order as soon as it lands. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email info@lilbruhgwop.com with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.

Where's my tracking?

It gets emailed to you automatically when the order ships. Check your spam folder first, then email us.

Sizing

How do the shirts and hoodies fit?

Fit varies by piece since the catalog spans different blanks. Every product page lists the measurements for that specific item. Check the chart on the product itself rather than assuming your usual size carries over.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

All sales are final, so we can't do size exchanges. This is the honest reason we push you to check the chart first.

How often can I spin?

Once every 12 hours. Everybody wins something, and the wheel runs from free stickers and free shipping all the way up to 30% off.

My code isn't working.

Codes are one per order and don't stack with other codes or with sale pricing. If it still won't take, email us the code and we'll look at it.

Yes, and you should. The Bandsintown request button on the homepage is how we decide where to route a tour.
